WARRANTY
90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
Pedal Car People LLC warrants this pedal vehicle against defects
in materials and
workmanship for a period of 90 days from receipt by the original
end-user purchaser, for
which proof of purchase is required. If Pedal Car People receives
notice of any abovedefined
defect during the warranty period, Pedal Car People Company will,
at its option,
either repair or replace products that prove to be defective with
new or equivalent to new
ones. Should Pedal Car People LLC be unable to repair or replace
the product within a
reasonable amount of time, the customer's alternative exclusive
remedy will be a refund of
the purchase price upon return of the product in new condition in
its original packaging.
LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
The above warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from
misuse, unauthorized
modifications, operation or storage outside the environment
specification for the vehicle, in transit
damage and improper maintenance.
All returns must be in the original box with the original packing.
Call within 10 days of
receipt of shipment to arrange your return.
Pedal Car People LLC makes no other express warranty, whether
written or oral, with
respect to this product. Any implied warranty of merchantability
or fitness is limited to the
above stated 90-day duration of the written warranty. Some states,
provinces or countries
do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so
the above limitation or
exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also
have other rights, which vary
from state to state, or province to province or country to
country.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND REMEDIES
The remedies provided above are the customer's sole and exclusive
remedies. In no eventshall Pedal Car People be liable for any direct, indirect,
special, incidental, or consequential
damages (including lost profit), whether based on warranty,
contract, tort, or any other
legal theory.
